Good Morning or Good Afternoon or Good Evening,
This post should take approximately three minutes to read from start to finish.
What are some past events that you have to go through that you needed to allow yourself to have some time to recover?
It can be going through a type of surgery, it can be going through a divorce after certain amount of years for being married, it can be going through a tough relationship, and so forth.
Some of us may have to go through childbirth one time. Some of us may have to go through childbirth more than one time. Some of us may have to go through kidney stones removal with surgery. Some of us may have to go through kidney stones removal without surgery.
Some of us may have to go through hip replacement surgery. Some of us may have to go through gallbladder removal. Some of us may have to go through hand surgery. Some of us may have to go through knee surgery. Some of us may have to go through low back pain surgery.

After I have given birth to Evelyn; I was given one restriction and that restriction was easy to follow. It has helped me to heal and recover within six weeks of postpartum after giving birth to Evelyn. However after I have given birth to Leah; I was given more restrictions and it was somewhat difficult to follow.
I have been told to not lift anything heavier than Leah weighs (which meant I was not allowed to pick up Evelyn) and Evelyn has gotten me to pick her up multiple times after I have given birth to Leah.
I have been instructed to not do any bending over (which seems unrealistically because laundry still needs to be done throughout the week - laundry is the real neverending story, dishwasher still needs to be done throughout the week - we need clean cups to drink out of, we need clean bowls and plates to eat out of, clean cutlery for us to use with eating and so forth).
I have been instructed to not drive for minimum of two weeks (I have not been taking any strong painkillers, in fact I only took pain relief total of three times while Leah and I was at the hospital prior to us discharge of going home), and so forth.
On my 10th week postpartum mark after giving birth to Evelyn; Jacob drove himself to a hospital because he was experiencing so much pain. I wish I could help him. I could not help with driving him to a hospital. At that time; I did not have my drivers license yet. I felt scared and I remembered about not getting much sleep during that overnight.
Jacob and I could not think of any possibilities why he was experiencing so much pain. Prior to that day; I haven’t ever seen him in so much pain. Sometime after he got to the hospital, he was tested for certain things and I do not remember what he was tested for.
The outcome was that he was experiencing kidney stones. Sometime after I have found out that he was experiencing kidney stones, I did some research about it and I felt ease at mind of why he was experiencing so much pain. If I remember correctly; Jacob resumed and went back to work after several days of experiencing kidney stones.
If you have gone through recent surgery or think for future surgery/surgeries; the easiest way to help you heal and recover quicker is to have positive thinking, relax whenever you can, have a healthy diet, have regular exercises, have good night sleeps if you can and have some social support because all of those things can promote good health and for wellbeing.
Stay tuned until next time.
