How to save your heart by Learning the Different Ways?

Good Morning, or Good Afternoon or Good Evening, this post should not take longer five minutes to read from start to finish. This post has many questions that you can reflect on and ask yourself those questions either now or in your own time.

How can you save your heart in ways of should?
How can you save your heart in ways of knowing?
How can you save your heart in ways of you don't do?
How can you save your heart in ways of you just do it?
I love the Image what it says above and I agree with it. If you can't see the Image above, it says

"How to save your heart

Should: never expect
              never demand
              never assume

Know: your limits
             where to stand
         your role

Don't: get affected
          get jealous
            get paranoid

Just: go with the flow
         and stay happy."

Should we never have expectations? Should we never demand of something?
Should we never assume of what someone might be going through?

It's normal for us to have some expectations in life. It's normal to demand something but we shouldn't be feeling upset for having what we demanded for straight away. We shouldn't assume of what people are going through. Someone who has posted a happy smiling photos of them but they can be hiding their true feelings.

Should we know our limits? Should we know where to stand?
Should we know our roles in life?

We should definitely know our limits, where to stand in boundaries, and our roles in life (whether it's a role in parenthood or it's a role in employment, etc).

Should we not get our hearts affected? Should we not get jealous? Should we get paranoid?

Having our hearts affected should help us to learn ways to avoid of getting our hearts affected again. We shouldn't get jealous. If we're needing or wanting something, we need to do something to work towards it.
It's normal for us to get paranoid.

Should we just go with the flow? Should we stay happy as long as we can? Sometimes it's hard to go with the flow and accept things that are happening.  We can always do our best to stay happy as long as we can.

Stay Tuned until next time.
